When I first found out her husband would be shooting with her, I was honestly a little nervous because I wasn’t used to the idea of having a male photographer around while getting ready and taking photos, but I told her yes, & I am SO glad she brought him. He was incredibly respectful, made everyone feel comfortable, and I think it honestly helped the guys feel more relaxed during their photos too.
The two of them worked so well together and they caught so many little moments that I didn’t even realize were happening. The day was getting ahead of me and they did so good accommodating what I wanted with the little time I had before going down the aisle!
I just got my sneak peeks back and I am absolutely obsessed. They captured our day so perfectly.
Choosing her was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. If you’re on the fence, book her. You won’t regret it!!!!!

I absolutely love this quote. It was written in one of Jonathan Dunne's novels and doesn't have much to do with photography but I find it be the big truth we don't often think about. When you look back at your wedding from 5 years ago, you didn't get to keep the flowers, you didn't get to keep the hair-do, or the rental car. The only thing you're left with is the memories and the photographs.

My name is Scarlett and I have been practicing photography since the COVID lockdown in 2020. I took a break as I stepped into motherhood and in hopes to re-discover myself, I found myself picking my camera back up. I upgraded all of my gear and stepped back into the world and have absolutely fallen in love with my practice.
Photography has truly saved my life as a mother who struggled with postpartum depression. I realized that I didn't have to let go of my identity as a mom.
